Add an "Uncheck all" button to targetsetuppage

    Description

      If one has many Qt Versions set up the list of targets in the "Project setup" dialog can be quite long. Something like "Uncheck all" can really save time if one wants to select only one or two of these.

      With the redesign of the dialog for version 2.2 the button was removed. Please add this functionality again.
