Help fails when not connected to Internet

    Description

      1. Disconnect from Internet.
      2. Press F1 to show help on any Qt-related item.
      3. The topic appears for 2 seconds
      4. The help topic is replaced by an error saying Google Analytics website was not found. I don't have enough time to read the help file.
