"Link QML debugging library" should be unchecked if the lib is not available

When the QML debugging is not available, the checkbox is inactive but checked. In my eyes this is pointless since it implies the program would be linked to a non-existing library:

Instead, it should be unchecked to show something consistent and to use the safe setting as default.
