Remote debug should be aborted when target disconnects

When a remote machine is being debugged, and in the middle of the debugging session it is being disconnected, the debugger stays up until choosing "Abort Debugging" (most of the other options are grayed out...)

Moreover, in this state, it is possible to initiate a NEW debugging session (without killing the first gdb process, 2 processes are running), which is strange...
