Collapsed code preview works incorrent on Windows 7

    Description

      If code is collapsed then it can be previewed by hovering mouse on this field with "...". But it previews code ON the existing code in the lines below the collapsed code (see attachment). And if collapsed code is at the end of the file then it preview is displayed below but text editor does not expand so the previewed code is unreachable at all.
