Improve macro support

The current workflow to run a macro is very unintuitive:

1. Record Macro.
2. Stop Recording Macro.
3. Save Last Macro.
4. Go to Tools -> Options... -> Environment -> Keyboard.
5. Set a shortcut for the macro.
6. Click "OK".
   Congratulations! You can finally use your macro!

So what should be improved?

• Add a submenu to Tools -> Macros to select a saved macro from.
• Make it possible too add shortcuts in Tools -> Options... -> Text Editor -> Macros. Nobody who finally found their macros there will search for Tools -> Options... -> Environment -> Keyboard to add shortcut. At least add a link.
• Enable renaming of macros.
