VCS: Blame editor should maintain the current editor state

    Description

      Suppose the caret is positioned on line 100, which is the 1st line on the current view.

      Running Blame opens the editor with line 100 on the middle. It takes a while to correlate the new editor to the previous one.

      It would be useful if the blame editor would match the current visible part of the file.
