Improve consistency

1. variable window in debug mode is the only window, without a titlebar, so I'd like to either have a titlebar added, or have the column-headers styled as other window titles, to have a common look.

2. background color of disabled code (inactive #ifdef) is painted until textborder only, not until the right window border, like highlighting of current line or block-highlighting.

3. On include brokers or include statements, only the first word is colored using preprocessor colors. I'd consider the include broker tag being part of the preprocessor statement, as well as the file part from include statement. Would be nice to have them in preprocessor colors too.
