Dashes in project names builds faulty debs

Having a dash in the project name builds broken debs. The dash is removed in all paths referring to the projects so the desktop-file points to nothing.

The problem is easily verified by having a project that runs fine when started from within QtCreator (on a remote device, e.g. an N9), but the app cannot be started on the device and the icon looks wrong.
