qmlpuppet cannot be started on mac

qmlpuppet cannot be started on mac with error

Failed to load platform plugin "cocoa". Available platforms are:

Abort trap: 6

This works in a self compiled examples, and has now been fixed by Eike in creator 2.6 (adding the path to load the platoform plugin).
The current binary packages have this error which makes the Qml Designer not usable.
