Make sure Class/File wizards show 'Platform Independent'

    Description

      The wizards in "File->New" show the supported platforms in the last line. Some show 'Platform independent', but e.g. all the C++ wizards show 'Supported Platforms: Desktop' for me.

      This is confusing, since C++ wizards are obviously Platform independent, too.
