QmlProfiler: flicking performance when rows expanded

In the timeline view, there is a QPainter based component (TimelineRenderer) that draws the events in the visible time range. If there's lots of different events in a particular category (e.g. Bindings) and that row is expanded, flicking performance drops because the painted events are not constrained vertically.
