P3: Somewhat important Description
Qt4 can use localsocket type which means that it will use pipes instead of a network connection to communicate between the user installer process and the second admin installer process.
This will avoid a network use warning on windows in case where it isn't needed and maybe it makes the installation a little bit faster.
