error during online installation upgrade: android for OSX: ConsumeOutput operation needs to be called first

I had Qt installed via the online installer already since 5.2.0 (and previously). After the 5.2.1 release I ran the maintenance tool, let it upgrade itself, let it upgrade Creator on the next pass, then went back to the package manager and selected all subcomponents of 5.2.1 including the optional stuff for all Android versions. Got this error a 5 times (see screenshot). I was able to move on by hitting Ignore, but Retry doesn't help.
