Updating via Installer fails with: "Could not find the needed QmakeOutputInstallerKey"

Updating via installer fails with following error:

Could not find the needed QmakeOutputInstallerKey(qt.521.win32_msvc2012_qmakeoutput) value on the installer object. The ConsumeOutput operation on the valid qmake needs to be called first.
