[Gerrit] Investigate the usage of groups to allow a group making each other aware of changes

Upstream Gerrit appears to allow to add reviewers by "Name, Email or Group". The Group feature would be very useful as right now we have to remember adding "girish, dcarr, tsenyk, nebulon, shirkantd, holger..." (and some more).
