tests are not being run for qtqa.git

Last time tests were run was in build 489:

• http://testresults.qt-project.org/ci/QtQA_master_Integration/build_00489/linux-g++-32_Ubuntu_10.04_x86/log.txt.gz

after that we are not running tests at all on any platform for qt/qtqa.git

I found this because the tests failed in

My wild guess is that the problem is related to https://codereview.qt-project.org/55245
