CI system totally unreliable since 2013-12-16

For the past 24 hours, it's been close to impossible to use the CI system. Most of the integrations are failing due to failure to connect to the Gerrit server. It's either a problem in the CI networking infra or in Gitorious's farm. I should note that I haven't experienced network timeouts to Gitorious from here.

The following failed integrations happened due to networking timeouts transferring data from the Gerrit server:

A few integrations in-between have got past the checkout and proceeded to compilation, but then we have flaky tests that are not helping.
