Create a new Gerrit project for QtWebSockets

Could you please create a Gerrit project for QtWebSockets?

QtWebSockets is currently hosted on https://qt.gitorious.org/qtplayground/websockets, and should become a Qt Add-on module. The project is included in the CI system and builds on all reference platforms; see: http://testresults.qt-project.org/ci/WebSockets_master_Integration/

I think the name can stay QtWebSockets.
