Description
In addition to the activity system we have now we wish to add a reputation system, based on the quality of contributions as far as we can programatically identify them.
Current ideas:
A "Thank you" feature on the Forum, maybe two tiers of "thank you"?
QA Forum (QTWEBSITE-134) activity like writing the "solution" or "helpful" answers, or writing good questions.
Wiki awards (must be manual?)
FAQ comment votes/rating
Certain badges give reputation awards (badges is a future feature)
More ideas welcome, unlike the activity system a reputation system must be watertight so keep that in mind.
