Touch not properly working with window decorations

This bug is somewhat of a continuation of the following bug reports:
QTBUG-36602
QTBUG-41085

After applying all the patches from the above bug reports I am still seeing an issue with window decoration. I am able to to click the title bar and move it around but I am unable to interact with the menu and the minimize,maximize and close icons. You can click on one of the menu items and it turns blue so you know its selected but you never see the drop down. After that point touch stops working all together anywhere in the app.

Clicking the minimize, maximize and exit icons on the top right of the windows also do not do anything.

Attached is a video but you can see that after clicking on Options in the menu that I'm not able to draw anything else.

Also when clicking one of the menu entry the application outputs "This plugin does not support grabbing the keyboard" to the console.
