Activating a menu with keyboard shortcut freezes the app on Weston

    Description

      Run a widget application Weston. Activating the menus with mouse works fine. (not with touch, that is covered in QTBUG-41142)

      However, activating with keyboard shortcuts (e.g. press Alt+F to open the File menu) does not work and the whole app gets into some state where it does not react anymore to input.
