Qt Creator is requesting focus when installing app

When running an app on phone, Qt creator is requesting focus (i.e. flashing in Windows task bar) when starting to copy the installation file to the phone. This is annoying since there's nothing important or interesting until the app has been fully installed (which can take many seconds when dealing with a big app).

Either don't request focus at all or wait until the app is actually running on the phone before requesting focus.
