Parsing Application Output; clickable qt error messages

for error messages from QObject::connect and creating tasks for them.
Some of them print the file and line numbers, actually adding a task for them would be pretty cool. Unfortunately the task window is pretty focused on build tasks, so would require some infrastructure work.
